Ruined wedding with mass sickness, understaffed, overpriced

33+ people were infected/poisoned by something at The Viceroy Palm Springs this past weekend and the hotel refuses to compensate us in any way for ruining our stay. Most of us were there for a wedding. The bride and groom both got ill.…
Pros: Good location & multiple pools Cons: small rooms, low value, understaffed, expensive, illness

Very ecclectic and retro. Nice place to stay for a quick getaway. Restaurant leaves more to be desired.

Nice luxury boutique hotel just one block from Palm Canyon Drive. Splashes of bright yellow are every where from the restaurant to the rooms, so if you don't like yellow, this isn't your place.Very well run and comfortable with nice rooms…
